Thanks to Vinum Menorca this week we recommend a white wine that you will surely love. It is the Tilenus Godello Monteseiros, a 100% Godello monovarietal from the D.O. Bierzo, produced by Bodegas Estefanía under the direction of renowned winemaker Raúl Pérez who is committed to a clean and unoaked vinification, where the purity of the variety and the minerality of the soil take center stage.

Tasting note

View: Pale yellow color with bright reflections and a slight tear.

Nose: Intense and fresh aromatic, with notes of white fruit (apple, pear) and citrus touches. Light floral and herbaceous nuances are also perceived, typically associated with the Godello variety.

Mouth: Fresh and drying attack, with a medium-high acidity that provides vivacity. A broad and glyceric mid-palate, with a long and clean finish, without any wood influences, which stands out for its varietal expression and minerality.

Ideal for accompanying white fish, shellfish, seafood rice, steamed or tempura vegetables, and light tapas.
