The scallops au gratin with black garlic aioli from Cas Cònsol

The Cas Cònsol restaurant in Plaça des Born has some of the best views, for us the best, of the port of Ciutadella.

We went there to celebrate our anniversary and Xec Pons, its owner, served us and recommended it wonderfully.

As a starter we tried the scallops au gratin with black garlic aioli. Surprising, delicate and an explosion of sea flavors in the mouth.

A starter that they recommend and if you feel like it, pair it with an AT Roca Rosé, which goes wonderfully to celebrate a special night.
