Sa Bouera des Golf restaurant, located at the Son Parc golf course, is entering a new phase under a young management team committed to a cuisine with a strong identity. Its proposal combines Menorcan roots—featuring emblematic dishes such as oliaigua—with influences from other regions, particularly northern Spain, incorporating traditional Basque recipes.

This approach results in a varied menu where simple yet flavourful dishes coexist with more substantial offerings, always focused on well-treated ingredients and a clear commitment to homemade cooking. In this context, the salt cod omelette stands out as a classic dish found in the best cider houses of Astigarraga, here prepared with respect for tradition and excellent control of cooking.

Last Saturday, a group of friends visited to enjoy an authentic Basque menu, featuring a “Tolosa bean stew with all its trimmings” as the main course. The meal was complemented by cider-cooked chistorras, the aforementioned cod omelette, piparras, and Tolosa black beans with pork meats. Everything was paired with natural Basque cider, enhancing the overall gastronomic experience.
