Roger Vila brings beer culture to the Ateneu de Maó

Today, Wednesday 25 February, the Ateneu de Maó will host a talk dedicated to the world of craft beer with master brewer Roger Vila Martínez, the driving force behind the family project Grahame Pearce. The event will take place at 7:30 pm in the institution’s main hall.

Vila trained in the sector while working in Manchester and later completed a master’s degree in brewing and beverage technology at the VLB in Berlin (Technical University), one of Europe’s leading centres in the field. Since 2020, he has led the family project, focusing on innovative, gastronomic beers that connect tradition and creativity.

The talk will offer expert insight into brewing processes, raw materials and new trends, as well as the role of beer in contemporary gastronomy. An opportunity for lovers of artisanal products and beer culture in Menorca. The event will not be streamed.
