Miramar’s Pagrus with Sobrasada

The Miramar restaurant, in Cala Blanca, is renowned for its seafood cuisine, where rice dishes, shellfish, Menorcan fish, lobster stew, and— for meat lovers— the island’s red beef ribeye steaks stand out.

On our last visit, Diego, the owner, recommended a fillet of pagrus with sobrasada, which was truly spectacular, blending the marine flavors of the island’s fish with the creaminess and spiced touch of Menorca’s sobrasada.
