During our visit, we had the chance to enjoy one of the dishes that best defines the restaurant’s philosophy: Menorcan-style oven-baked fish. The fish of the day, fresh and carefully selected, is served on a bed of panadera potatoes, accompanied by sliced tomatoes and finished with a light sprinkling of breadcrumbs. A simple, honest and perfectly executed dish, where each ingredient plays its role without masking the true flavour of the fish.
