Last week I had the pleasure of tasting the lobster stew prepared by Josep Taltavull at the Can Los restaurant, at the Son Granot agrotourism estate in Es Castell.
It is a traditional stew made with the lobster heads, while the tails are reserved for the second course, which was lobster with fried potatoes and broken eggs.
I must confess that the lobster stew prepared by Josep Taltavull is one of the best made in Menorca. It is cooked without unnecessary embellishment, with a balanced flavor profile, and with the island’s produce as the true star of the dish.
A thick, flavorful and captivating broth that makes this stew remain in the taste memory of those who have tried it.
If you would like to taste an exceptionally good lobster stew, this is our recommendation today.
