Tiberi RestoBar pays tribute to Can Lluís with a cod dish full of gastronomic memories

Bep Al·lès/Ciutadella -Tiberi RestoBar in Ciutadella revives the essence of one of the city’s most beloved establishments with its Can Lluís Cod, a creation that aims to be much more than just a dish. Prepared with thick cod loins, cooked to perfection to preserve their tenderness, it is served on a smooth base of confit leeks and thin slices of apple that add freshness and a subtle sweet contrast.

The dish is topped with a lightly gratinated honey aioli, creating a golden, creamy layer that balances flavors while evoking traditional cuisine with a contemporary touch. The combination is delicate yet intense, faithful to the spirit of Menorcan gastronomy.

With this creation, Tiberi’s new owners offer a small but heartfelt tribute to the legendary Can Lluís restaurant, which for years occupied the same premises on Alaior Street, keeping the culinary memory of the place alive.
