Every time we go to Miramar in Cala Blanca, owner Diego Merino surprises us with a new dish or a daily special.

This time it was a Ciutadella red shrimp and spider crab croquette that highlights the flavors of both crustaceans and immerses us in the pleasures of cooking with a taste of the sea.
