At the restaurant of the Bahía hotel, on Santandria beach, Mediterranean cuisine takes the shape of well-crafted classics and recipes full of history. This year Bahía celebrates 75 years of activity, firmly established as a house specialised in rice dishes, cod, fresh fish of the day and seafood recipes with privileged views over the cove.

One of its standout dishes is the cod with leek sauce, a refined and well-balanced preparation: the loin arrives at the table perfectly cooked and tender, paired with a creamy sauce in which the leeks lend a gentle, aromatic sweetness without overpowering the flavour of the fish. A dish that sums up Bahía’s philosophy: quality ingredients, clean flavours and a touch of sophistication without fuss.

The restaurant is open from Easter until the last week of October, making the most of the best of the seafaring season. At the height of summer, its terrace becomes a privileged viewpoint over Santandria, so booking a table is highly recommended to secure a place at this small classic of Menorcan gastronomy.
