Calamari a la Romana at Ses Voltes Espai Gastronòmic

One of the most popular tapas on our island is the calamari a la Romana, which began to be served in the 1950s in old gastronomic temples of those years such as Ses Set Voltes and Can Carrió in Santandria, and the remembered kiosks of Can Carrió in Plaça des Born and Pinos Bar, among others.

Cas Quintu, L’Aurora, La Nueva Ola, followed the fashion, but today there are few places where you can eat homemade calamari a la Romana, prepared on the spot, as is the case with Ses Voltes, where we have tasted them and recommend them to you.
