Artichokes with Iberian ham and scrambled egg from Es Replec

Es Replec in Cala en Blanes is one of the temples of good food in Menorca and word of mouth proves it.

Yesterday we went there for lunch and they recommended us to try their artichokes confit with Iberian ham, grated cheese and scrambled egg which were delicious and surprising.

An ideal point of harmony and cooking between all the ingredients that combines the crunch of the artichoke and ham with the sweetness of the scrambled egg.
