The blind paella at the Miramar Restaurant

The Miramar restaurant, in Cala Blanca, not only stands out for its large terrace overlooking the sea, but also for its Mediterranean cuisine with touches of Cantabrian and Atlantic cuisine.

Red beef from Menorca, fresh fish and seafood from the island brought to them by their fisherman, national and international dishes, as well as being a specialist in lobster stews and rice dishes, such as their blind paella of fish and seafood that we tasted on our last visit.

Thin rice layer with its ideal point of socarrat, fresh seafood and always attentive and friendly service.

Also worth highlighting is their wine list, very well structured and with very good references.
