On our latest visit to Made in China in Palma, we once again confirmed that it is much more than a conventional Chinese restaurant. Its concept focuses on refined Cantonese cuisine, with carefully handled ingredients and elegant presentation. Among the dishes we tasted, the almond chicken stood out in particular — a classic recipe that here reaches a new dimension: tender, precisely cut meat, perfectly toasted almonds, and a smooth, well-balanced sauce that is never overly rich.
