Palma is set to host a new edition of Nit de l’Oli, the leading event dedicated to Mallorca’s high-quality extra virgin olive oils. The gathering will take place on Friday, March 6 at 7 pm, at the Aljub of Es Baluard Museum of Contemporary Art — an iconic venue blending heritage, culture and gastronomy.
Producers and millers will present their latest oils, highlighting the island’s varietal richness and the meticulous work behind each harvest. Green aromas, hints of almond, fresh grass and vine tomato will shape a sensory journey showcasing diverse styles, all bearing the hallmark of Mallorcan extra virgin quality.
More than a tasting, Nit de l’Oli is a celebration of the island’s olive-growing landscape. For travelling foodies, it is the perfect excuse to plan a culinary getaway to Palma.
