Menorca to host its first ‘Cuines del Món’ international food route in 2027

Menorca will host its first edition of "Cuines del Món" in early 2027, joining the gastronomic initiative promoted by the Balearic Islands Restaurant Federation (FERIB-CAEB) to celebrate the diversity of international cuisines across the islands.

Following its launch in Palma and its upcoming edition in Ibiza, the event will arrive in Menorca through Restauració Menorca, which is already preparing the island's inaugural edition.

The initiative will bring together restaurants specialising in cuisines from around the world, allowing residents and visitors to discover international flavours without leaving Menorca.

Beyond showcasing multicultural gastronomy, the project aims to strengthen the local restaurant sector, encourage collaboration between businesses and enrich the island's culinary calendar.
