Mahón pays tribute to the culinary legacy of Lázaro Alcaide and Antoni Borràs

On Saturday, March 14 at 12:30 pm, the Club Marítimo de Mahón will host a gastronomic tribute dedicated to the culinary legacy of two key figures of Menorcan cuisine: Lázaro Alcaide and Antoni Borràs.

The event invites guests to explore the island’s gastronomic heritage through a tasting of historic recipes that bring traditional flavors and culinary memories back to life.

With a tasting ticket priced at €2.50, visitors will be able to enjoy a cultural and gastronomic experience that highlights the richness of Menorca’s culinary identity.

The event is organized with the participation of Fra Roger Gastronomy and Culture and Aqua Catering, and offers a unique opportunity for food lovers and travelers to discover the island’s traditional cuisine while enjoying the exceptional setting overlooking the port of Mahón.
