Foodies on Menorca
Llucasaldent is a family-run estate located in rural Menorca, combining extra virgin olive oil production, agrotourism and gastronomy into a single, authentic experience for food-loving travellers. Owned by the Pallicer family, the project has been growing for over a decade, rooted in traditional farming and a close connection between land, product and visitor.
The estate currently cultivates around 1,200 olive trees, mainly arbequina, alongside picual, hojigualda, empeltre and native Menorcan wild olive. These varieties are blended into a signature coupage that changes with each harvest, reflecting the island’s climate and landscape. Production is fully carried out on the estate, with its own mill and professional quality control.
The olive oil plays a central role in the estate’s restaurant, where guests can taste it as part of a Mediterranean, seasonal cuisine. Staying at the agrotourism, dining with the estate’s own oil and learning about its production creates a truly immersive gastronomic experience.
Llucasaldent offers calm, rural surroundings and a genuine insight into Menorca’s agricultural heritage. A family project where olive oil is not just a product, but a way of life to be shared with travellers seeking authenticity.
