Fornells to host a free gastronomic workshop built around the challenge “9 products - 9 dishes”

Casa des Contramestre in Fornells will host a new gastronomic demonstration on 26 April at 12.00 pm under the title “9 products - 9 dishes”, an initiative designed to highlight local produce and culinary creativity. The free event is aimed both at food lovers and at anyone interested in discovering new dishes made with locally sourced ingredients.

The workshop will showcase the possibilities offered by nine products transformed into nine different recipes, with a clear commitment to quality, local identity and the promotion of Menorcan gastronomy. The initiative is also presented as an opportunity to learn techniques, flavour combinations and ideas that can be applied both in professional kitchens and at home.
