Foodies on Menorca organizes the Menorcan Gastronomy Awards

Next September, Foodies on Menorca, with the collaboration of Associació de Periodistes i Escriptors Gastronòmics de Balears, Fra Roger, Caeb Restauració Menorca, Associació de Cafeteries, Bars i Restaurants de PIME Menorca, ASCAIB and Cómete Menorca, will organize the Menorcan Gastronomy Awards that will be presented during the Fira Arrels, on the 20th and 21st.

Foodies on Menorca, the only gastronomic magazine and local product promotion magazine with a print and online edition on our island, has decided, with the support of the entities and associations that promote, promote and watch over our gastronomy and local products, to award the Menorcan Gastronomy Awards starting this year, which will recognize the work done on our island from different areas and segments, while giving recognition to the people, entities and associations that make it possible.

In principle, still pending possible modifications, the awards that will be presented to Es Mercadal during the Fira Arrels will be:

Best Gastronomic Innovation Product

Recognition of Career to a Retired Chef or Producer

The jury members will meet in August and September to present their proposals and, once analyzed, the votes will be held and will be announced on Saturday evening of the Fira Arrels 2025, organized by the Consell de Menorca.
