Foodies on Menorca Awards for Menorcan Gastronomy

Bep Al·lès / Ciutadella – On September 1st and 8th, the members of the jury for the Menorcan Gastronomy Awards met in Ferreries, which is awarded by Foodies on Menorca with the collaboration of the Association of Journalists and Gastronomic Writers of the Balearic Islands, Fra Roger Gastronomia i Cultura, Menorca Restauració, Association of Restaurants, Bars and Cafes of Menorca, Ascaib and Cómete Menorca.

At the meeting on September 1st, a total of 54 candidacies were put on the table, which were analyzed throughout the week by the jury, formed by Bep Al·lès, Antoni Aguiló, José Bosch, Antoni Sansaloni, Antoni Juaneda and Bàrbara Lluch.

At the meeting on Monday, September 8th, the jury decided to choose the following candidates and award them in each of the different sections, in addition to creating a special jury prize.

The awards will be presented at the Fira Arrels, in Es Mercadal, today, Saturday, September 20 at 5:00 p.m.
