Discovering Al Parico: organic wines, landscape and emotion in Menorca

Al Parico, Alma y Arte is much more than a winery: it is a winemaking project born from a deep love for Menorca, its land and its history. Active since 2017, with the first vineyard planted a year later, the project is committed to respectful, artisanal viticulture and a clear return to the natural essence of the place.

Located on a unique estate, Al Parico follows a holistic approach based on mixed farming and livestock, combining vineyards, olive trees, cereals, sheep and horses within the same ecosystem. Traditional practices define its philosophy: bush-trained vines, dry farming, massal selections, soil respect and a strong commitment to organic certification. These methods are complemented by natural practices such as winter grazing, green manures and chamomile infusions produced on the estate.

With almost 14 hectares of estate-grown vineyards and grape varieties authorised under the IGP Illa de Menorca, the winery produces white, red and rosé wines that seek to express the territory with elegance and finesse. In 2025, they released their first wine, Murmullo, a 100% chardonnay combining freshness and complexity thanks to partial ageing in French oak barrels.

Looking ahead, the new winery—currently under construction—is scheduled to open in 2026. Its architecture is inspired by Menorca’s prehistoric navetas, designed to blend seamlessly into the landscape.
