Free gastronomic demonstrations in the towns of Menorca to highlight local produce

The Consell Insular de Menorca, under the umbrella of the Made in Menorca brand and Cómete Menorca is launching this December a series of free gastronomic demonstrations that will tour all the towns of the island. The aim is to showcase the potential of Menorcan cuisine and local produce through creative recipes prepared by top-level chefs.

The programme starts on Friday 5 December and runs until 27 December, with events in Sant Lluís, Ferreries, Fornells, Es Mercadal, Maó, Alaior, Es Castell, Ciutadella and Es Migjorn. All workshops are free but have limited capacity, so advance booking is essential.
