Come and have breakfast at S’Aranjassa

The S'Aranjassa farm, which has been producing cheese since 1946, is located on Camí den Kane, with beautiful views of the Plans de Alaior and the Monte Toro mountain, which seduces in the winter months with the greenery of the countryside.

S'Aranjassa is a 90-hectare farm where 60 Friesian cows graze, which are used to make the farm's artisan cheese of the same name with DO Mahón-Menorca. In the houses there are cellars for maturing cheese, where you can find everything from soft to aged cheese, which you can buy in the small shop, where they also sell sausages and seasonal fruit and vegetables.

S'Aranjassa also raises pigs, fed with whey, as well as lambs and chickens, or cows of breeds intended for the production of quality meat.
