Foodies on Menorca
Half a kilo of flour, 1 bowl of olive oil and 1 bowl of water.
1 white onion, 2 white Mallorcan peppers, 2 red peppers, 6 cloves of garlic, sweet paprika, olive oil and salt.
To make the coca dough, put the flour in a bowl with the water, the olive oil and mix well until you get a fine dough, which once it is ready we will make a ball and with the rolling pin and on a baking tray we will give it the shape of a coca. It must be very thin.
We will cut the vegetables into small cubes and put them in a bowl and mix them well.
Once mixed, we will put them on the coca dough. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and sprinkle with sweet red pepper.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 25 minutes.
