A walk among the vineyards

The guided visit begins with a stroll through the vineyards, where the Binitord team explains their philosophy, identity and methods for cultivating and caring for the vines. This is where you grasp the importance of the soil, the climate and the daily work behind every bottle.

One of the most special spots is the variety garden, an area where you can see different grape varieties and understand how they work to adapt them to Menorca’s terroir.

From the vineyard to the cellar

After the walk, the tour continues in the winery, visiting the production room and the ageing cellar, where the silence, the smell of wood and the resting wine invite you to slow down and enjoy the moment. It’s the ideal place to understand the whole winemaking process, from when the grapes arrive to when the wine is ready to go to market.

Tasting time: three wines to fall in love with Binitord

The visit ends with a tasting of 3 wines, guided by the winery team, who explain the characteristics of each wine, the grape varieties used and the best food pairings. It’s the perfect moment to take notes, ask questions and, above all, raise a glass to Menorca.

The approximate duration of the experience including the tasting is one hour.

A peaceful place to disconnect

Binitord is a calm and charming place, surrounded by vineyards and nature, radiating that “good energy” that only lovingly tended spaces can offer. Here, time seems to stop: the only rule is to enjoy the moment.

Pets are welcome in the vineyard (although they can’t enter the production area) and, if you need it, the winery can help you book a taxi back after the visit.

Important: they do not sell water, juices or other drinks, so it’s worth bearing this in mind before you arrive.
