On Sunday, March 29 at 12:00 pm, the Convent of Sant Diego in Alaior becomes a gastronomic stage with Irene Gordillo, head chef of Aquiara and Amagatay, who will present an elegant reinterpretation of an often understated yet nuanced ingredient: beetroot.
