On Saturday, March 28 at 1:30 pm, the Church Square in Es Migjorn becomes a gastronomic stage with Miquel Calent, chef of Chic, Can Calent and Cuit, who will present a contemporary take on three humble yet characterful ingredients: pumpkin, red cabbage and chicken.
