The “variat” of Can Jaume at the Olivar Market

Today is World Croquette Day, and this is part of the Mallorcan tapa par excellence, the”variat”, which in addition to salad, fried food, meatballs, cuttlefish pica pica and Roman-style squid, also includes one or two croquettes.

On our last trip to Palma we had a varied breakfast at one of the establishments that Can Jaume has in the Mercado del Olivar.
