The roasted cannelloni from Restaurant Pizzeria Roma

Today is Saint Stephen's Day and tradition dictates that it is the day to eat cannelloni, both in Menorca and Catalonia.

In Menorca there are many good restaurants to enjoy a good plate of cannelloni, from the most traditional to signature cannelloni.

We also tried the roasted cannelloni from Pizzeria Roma a few weeks ago, which are freshly baked in their wood-fired oven and are exceptional.
