The Mostra de Cuina Menorquina will be held from September 19 to October 5 throughout the island

The Mostra de Cuina Menorquina, organized by Restauració Menorca, already has dates for the 2025 edition. This year's edition, once again making a clear commitment to deseasonalization, will be held from September 19 to October 5.

The event will last seventeen days in which the participating restaurants will showcase the gastronomic potential of the island, offering traditional recipes and innovative cuisine made with local and seasonal produce.

Under this premise, the restaurants will prepare a ‘Show Menu’ (at a price of €28, VAT included and drinks not included) and/or a ‘Gastronomic Menu’ (at a price and free format), in both cases based on Menorcan cuisine and with products from our island.

The president of Restauració Menorca, José Bosch, explained that “with this new edition of the Mostra de Cuina Menorquina, we want to continue to highlight the commitment of our restaurateurs to a cuisine rooted in the territory, prepared with local produce and sustainable sensitivity. It is a magnificent opportunity for residents and visitors to rediscover the gastronomic richness of the island, through proposals that combine tradition, quality and a creative look towards the future”.

Registration

Participation in the Mostra de Cuina Menorquina is open to all restaurants in Menorca and the deadline for registration is until August 30. Registration costs €125+VAT for restaurants associated with Restauració Menorca and €250+VAT for non-associates, and must be completed using the registration form found on the website www.mostradecuinamenorquina.com.
