The lobster caldera at Es Garbell

Today is the last day of lobster fishing for the current season and tomorrow begins its closure until April 1, 2026.

One of the restaurants that cooks the lobster "caldereta" wonderfully, following the family recipe, is Es Garbell, which does not have it on the menu, but must be ordered. In addition, Jaume will tell you very clearly whether the lobster with which the caldereta will be cooked is from the island or frozen from outside.
