Salmon tartare from Es Replec

We went to eat the special weekend menu at the Restaurant Grill Es Replec, in Los Delfines, which has some very interesting proposals to choose from, both starters, main courses and desserts.

One of the starters we tried was their salmon tartare with guacamole. Generous, balanced in flavours without any ingredient dominating the others and fresh.
