Sakumi prepares a special Sant Joan menu with Japanese fusion and Menorcan produce

Bep Al·lès/Ciutadella - Sakumi Menorca joins the festive atmosphere of Sant Joan with a special gastronomic proposal for 23 and 24 June 2026. The restaurant has created a menu designed to combine the spirit of the celebrations with its Japanese fusion cuisine, while also incorporating local produce and flavours linked to Menorca.

The menu begins with a selection of starters including Menorcan red prawn croquettes, chicken gyozas and ebi kimchi, a combination that brings together the sea, tradition and oriental touches. For the main course, diners can choose between the chef’s sushi selection, roast lamb with mashed potatoes or prawn yakisoba.

The proposal ends with an assortment of Sant Joan sweets, a nod to the pastries and festive imagery associated with these special days in Ciutadella and Menorca.

The menu is priced at 55 euros and is presented as an attractive option for foodies and visitors who want to experience Sant Joan at the table, with an experience that combines contemporary cuisine, festive atmosphere and Menorcan identity.
