Restaurant Pinzell's rabbit pâté

The cuisine of the Pinzell restaurant is constantly evolving with new proposals à la carte and in its daily and tasting menus.

We recently had the opportunity to taste its rabbit pâté, a successful creation by Joan Salord Roca.

Subtle finesse crowned with some quince cubes that give it this melting point between sweet and savory.
