Grilled sea bass at Restaurant L'Ancora

The restaurant L'Ancora in Cala en Blanes is one of the classics of all time and in the evenings offers grilled meats and fish (if requested), made instantly with embers of Menorcan olive wood that gives a special and characteristic flavor to both the meats and the fish.

On our last visit we asked if they could make us a grilled sea bass and the result was spectacular.
