The Partridge Gastronomic Days return with their seventh edition

Menorca once again highlights one of the most representative products of its culinary tradition with the celebration of the 7th edition of the Partridge Gastronomic Days, organised by the Menorcan Association of Cafeterias, Bars and Restaurants in collaboration with the Menorca Tourism Promotion Foundation. The event will take place on 7 and 8 February 2026, coinciding, as usual, with the Partridge Fair in Menorca, held at the Es Mercadal fairgrounds.

The Partridge Fair has more than three decades of history and has become a landmark event in the island’s calendar. Each year it attracts hunting professionals and enthusiasts, as well as visitors interested in discovering a tradition deeply rooted in Menorcan culture. Numerous activities take place around the fair, combining outreach, leisure and heritage.

In this context, the Partridge Gastronomic Days strengthen the culinary dimension of the event, promoting gastronomy as a driving force for the island during the low season. Throughout the weekend, participating restaurants will offer a special dish, tapa or menu featuring partridge on their menus.

Visitors will be able to enjoy delicious dishes such as partridge with cabbage or partridge with broad beans, among others.

This year’s edition includes restaurants from different municipalities, such as Ca Na Pilar (Es Migjorn Gran), Mesón Rías Baixas (Ferreries), Molí des Racó (Es Mercadal) and Hotel Jeni & Restaurant (Es Mercadal), which reinterpret this product through both traditional proposals and more contemporary creations.
