The frequencies of the Maó-Es Grau and Maó-Favàritx routes are being increased and the transport service to Macarella will resume from June 1

The frequencies of the Maó-Es Grau and Maó-Favàritx routes are being increased and the transport service to Macarella will resume from June 1

The Mobility Department of the Consell Insular de Menorca will increase, from next Monday, June 1, the frequencies of lines 23 and 43, corresponding to the Maó-Es Grau and Maó-Favàritx routes.

On both routes, frequencies will be expanded from Monday to Sunday. In the case of line 23 (Es Grau), there will be 10 daily services. From Maó Bus Station, five routes will depart at 9:00 am, 11:00 am, 1:15 pm, 5:00 pm and 6:35 pm. Meanwhile, from the residential area, there will be another five services at 9:15 am, 11:15 am, 1:30 pm, 5:15 pm and 6:50 pm returning to the town.

Meanwhile, line 43, which covers the Maó-Favàritx route, will increase from eight services from Monday to Saturday to twelve frequencies from Monday to Sunday. From Maó Bus Station, six departures will take place at 9:45 am, 12:00 pm, 1:45 pm, 4:00 pm, 5:35 pm and 7:20 pm. Return journeys from Favàritx Lighthouse to Maó will be at 10:10 am, 12:25 pm, 2:10 pm, 4:25 pm, 6:00 pm and 7:45 pm.

Finally, the public transport service from Ciutadella (Avinguda Josep Mascaró Pasarius) to Macarella will also resume operation this Monday, June 1. The service will operate from early morning, at 8:25 am, until 8:20 pm, with the last return trip to the town. During July and August, frequencies will be increased and schedules extended.
