The almond cake covered with egg yolk jam at Horno Curniola

The Horno (bakery) Curniola  has maintained the traditional pastries of pastries and cakes from Menorca and has been produced in the same way since 1900.

Its cakes include the traditional almond tortada, which serves with coverage of egg yolk jam and also meringue.
