Pizzeria Roma puts its pizzas on wheels with a new food truck for events

Bep Al·lès/Ciutadella - Pizzeria Roma in Ciutadella is taking another step forward in its gastronomic proposal with the launch of a new food truck, designed to bring its artisan pizzas to concerts, weddings, parties and events across Menorca. The initiative, announced through the restaurant’s social media channels, is based on the idea of keeping “the same dough, the same way of understanding pizza and the same desire to share good moments”, but now also “on wheels”.

Part of Grupo Café Balear, Roma is one of the best-known pizzerias in Ciutadella’s historic centre. Located on Carrer Sant Pere d’Alcàntara, the restaurant bases its identity on Mediterranean, family-style cuisine, with its own dough, local Menorcan ingredients and a menu that combines pizzas, pasta and other dishes. Its website also highlights its takeaway and home delivery service, a line of business that is now being expanded with this new mobile format.

The food truck will allow Pizzeria Roma to move beyond its usual premises and bring its cuisine closer to private celebrations and public events, adapting to an increasingly popular trend in the gastronomic sector: offering informal, high-quality experiences with the ability to travel.

With this new venture, Roma strengthens its brand and expands its reach, taking the spirit of its pizzeria to new settings across the island.
