Molí des Comte Asador now opens on Sundays and closes on Mondays

Molí des Comte Asador, one of the gastronomic establishments in the centre of Ciutadella, has announced a change to its weekly opening schedule: from now on it will open on Sundays and close on Mondays, giving its team a weekly day off.

The restaurant, located at 22 Avinguda de la Constitució, will therefore offer service from Tuesday to Sunday, an especially useful change for those looking for somewhere to eat in Ciutadella on the last day of the week.

Molí des Comte Asador continues to offer a menu in which rice dishes, tapas, signature dishes, grilled meats, roasts and homemade desserts play a prominent role, combining Mediterranean and Menorcan specialities.

The restaurant occupies the former granaries of the flour mill belonging to the Counts of Torre Saura, a distinctive Ciutadella building characterised by its impressive local sandstone vaults. The restaurant project opened its doors in 2010 under Menorcan entrepreneurs Germán Jover and Jandro Vinent.

With the new schedule, the Molí des Comte Asador team will take its weekly rest day on Monday, with Sunday becoming a regular opening day.
