Micat highlights its Foodies on Menorca Award on social media

Micat, the gastronomic restaurant at Lago Resort Menorca in Cala en Bosc, has celebrated on social media its recognition as Best New Menorcan Cuisine Restaurant at the Foodies on Menorca Awards 2026, incorporating the official image and logo of the awards into the same post.

The gesture gives further visibility to the award and strengthens the link between Micat and Foodies on Menorca, which this year recognised the restaurant for the way it interprets local produce and the island’s culinary memory through a contemporary approach.

In the post, Micat explains that each dish draws inspiration from “the land, the sea and the memory” of Menorca and highlights the role of chef Luis Valls, who has earned two Michelin stars during his career, in leading a precise signature cuisine deeply connected to the territory.
