Menorca celebrates its 2026 “Fish Gastronomy Days”

Menorca is once again backing sea-related gastronomy with the celebration of a new edition of the 2026 “Fish Gastronomy Days”, now in its 11th edition, an initiative aimed at promoting the consumption of seafood products and boosting the restaurant sector during the low season.

The event will take place over two consecutive weekends, on 17, 18 and 19 April, and 24, 25 and 26 April, during which participating establishments will offer special lunchtime menus with fish and seafood as the main focus.

This initiative is being held after Holy Week with the aim of maintaining momentum in the sector, supporting establishments open at the start of the season and encouraging the reduction of tourism seasonality.

Restaurants will adapt their menus according to the availability of fresh produce. Advance booking is recommended, and up-to-date information can be checked at www.gastronomiamenorca.es

The participating restaurants are spread across the island, making it possible to enjoy a broad gastronomic route through Ciutadella, Ferreries, Fornells, Es Mercadal and Sant Lluís, with ten participating restaurants.

The event is organised by the Menorcan Association of Cafeterias, Bars and Restaurants, with the collaboration of the Menorca Tourism Promotion Foundation and PIME Menorca.
