Maó to host the final workshop in the gastronomic programme “9 products - 9 dishes”

L’Illa del Rei in Maó will host, on 3 May at 12.00 pm, the final gastronomic demonstration of the “9 products - 9 dishes” programme, an initiative that has travelled to different venues with the aim of promoting local produce and culinary creativity. The free workshop will bring the cycle to a close with a new event open to anyone interested in cooking, local gastronomy and the possibilities offered by ingredients from the island.

This final session keeps the essence of the programme, with a demonstration designed to show how nine products can be transformed into nine different creations, placing the emphasis on quality, Menorcan identity and gastronomic outreach. The event is also presented as an opportunity to share knowledge, techniques and culinary ideas for both professionals and enthusiasts.
