Cas Cònsol, a Menorcan cuisine restaurant located in Plaça des Born in Ciutadella, is changing its opening hours with the arrival of autumn and has announced that from 11 October it will also open on Sundays.
The new Sunday opening hours will be 1 pm to 3.30 pm and 7 pm to 11.30 pm, allowing guests to enjoy the restaurant’s gastronomic offering for both lunch and dinner.
Before introducing the new schedule, Cas Cònsol will remain closed on 4 and 5 October. The restaurant has also announced that it will be open on Monday 12 October, while it will be closed for staff rest on Wednesday 14 October.
Cas Cònsol occupies one of the most distinctive locations in Ciutadella’s historic centre, in the former French Consulate, with a terrace overlooking the harbour. Its gastronomic proposal focuses on Menorcan cuisine, with particular attention to fresh and locally sourced produce.
Its specialities include fresh fish, a variety of meat dishes and traditional Menorcan recipes, with lobster caldereta among its standout dishes during the lobster season.
By opening on Sundays, Cas Cònsol is adapting its activity to the autumn season and providing more opportunities for residents and visitors wishing to enjoy Menorcan gastronomy in the centre of Ciutadella.
Reservations are not managed online and must be made directly by telephone.
