The Menorca Chamber of Commerce and San Crispín Cooperative collaborate to train people over 45 in fishmongery

The Menorca Chamber of Commerce and the San Crispín Cooperative have signed a collaboration agreement under which the cooperative provides the use of the training classroom located at its supermarket facilities in the Alaior industrial estate.

This space will host the course “Fishmongery: handling, preservation and sale of fish and seafood”, a practical training program aimed at unemployed people over the age of 45, within the framework of the Talento 45+ program.

Talento 45+ is an initiative promoted by the Spanish Chamber of Commerce and co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+), designed to improve the employability of people aged 45 to 60 through training tailored to the needs of the local labour market.

The agreement was signed by the President of the Menorca Chamber of Commerce, Rubén Adrián Pastor, and the President of the San Crispín Cooperative, Bella Angela Ester Ureña, and enables the training to be delivered in a real professional environment, directly linked to the sector’s activity.

The course is free of charge, registrations are open and places are limited.
