Last Friday we had the pleasure of tasting the menu "La Xarel·lo al Penedès: história de largues criances" organized by Cafè Balear and the Sabaté i Coca winery, where 9 dishes of new Menorcan cuisine prepared by Sergio Villlalonga and 9 wines or cavas from the prestigious Catalan winery, which produces cavas under the Corpinnat label, were presented.
This banquet of great cuisine began with some excellent Catalan Sant Lluís oysters with Louis caviar, paired with the CastellRoig So Blanc 2023.
Gastronomic pleasures, cuisine for the six senses and the quality that guarantees the product of Cafè Balear, which is perfectly cared for by Josep Caules Arguimbau, third generation at the helm of the emblematic restaurant in the Port of Ciutadella.
