La Guitarra strikes a chord again in Ciutadella with vermouths, tapas and Mediterranean flavour

La Guitarra Vermuteria & Tapas will reopen on 6 February 2026, staying true to a gastronomic philosophy rooted in quality ingredients, shared time and the pleasure of unhurried dining.
