Fosquets Líthica offers a musical journey through world cultures from August onwards

From August onwards, the Pedreres de s’Hostal will continue to serve as one of Menorca’s most remarkable summer cultural venues. Fosquets Líthica presents seven further evenings of world music, offering foodie travellers an alternative experience combining gastronomy, heritage and live performance.

The August programme begins on Thursday, 6 August, at 8.30 pm with Cabra, a group devoted to researching and reinterpreting the traditional music of the Iberian Peninsula and its islands.

Bachcelona Consort will perform on 13 August at 8.30 pm, followed by Tempvs Fvgit on 20 August at the same time. One of the programme’s major events will take place on 28 August at 10.00 pm with Le Trio Joubran.

The festival will continue in September with Senny Camara on the 5th at 8.00 pm, Aramaeh on the 6th at the same time, and Figues d’un altre paner, which will close the programme on 10 September.

For foodie visitors, each concert can form part of a complete Ciutadella experience: a walk through the historic centre, an early dinner featuring local cuisine and an evening of music among Líthica’s monumental sandstone walls.
