Exclusive wine pairing tasting at “El Paladar” with premium wines and tapas

The gourmet shop El Paladar in Ciutadella is hosting this April a gastronomic experience designed for lovers of fine wine and select products. It is a guided wine pairing tasting led by expert Fidel Punzano, who will combine five wines with five specially selected tapas to enhance their flavors.

The sessions will take place on April 10 and 17, from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM, in a cozy and exclusive setting within the shop located on the Santandria road. The activity is limited to just 12 participants, allowing for a more intimate and personalized experience.

Participants will discover aromas, textures, and surprising combinations, while deepening their knowledge of wine and pairing through the sommelier’s explanations.

The price is €35 per person, an attractive proposal to enjoy a different experience in Ciutadella. Places are limited, so early booking is recommended.
